Release 5.1.3

Available since March 4, 2026

Most new features are available in the Modeler with its 5.1 release in March 2026.

This release contains several small fixes and improvements:

• Init containers are added to the deployments applicationservice, applicationservice-tasks and portaldatabaseagent

• Added the option to create a certificate signing request together with a 4096 bit RSA key instead of just 2048 bit. This is now also available in the devops dashboard.

• Fixed SQL two query performance issue:

  • Removed a small overhead (< 1 ms) every time a query was executed

  • Fixed a SQL query performance issue that happens in very specific queries

• Fixed an issue related to SOAP request messages that contain additional information in the SOAP header.

• The endpoint /__wem/checks/operational is now available as part of the public runtime API. This improves observability of the runtime health.

To pull this release, use:

Impact assessment

Upgrading from version 5.1.x carries minimal risk and will not cause any downtime. When upgrading from 5.0.x, please refer to the release notes for version 5.1.0. Direct upgrades from 4.x are not recommended.
